Getting to Lindisfarne

Lindisfarne Festival is based from the North East shore, more or less halfway (60 kilometers) between Edinburgh & Newcastle.

By Train

Located on the East Coast mainline (London Kings Cross > Edinburgh), the closest section into festival site are at Berwick-upon-Tweed.

Our official travel parner Virgin Trains may be offering a special discount on train travel to & from Berwick for the duration of the festival. You'll travel from Newcastle/Edinburgh to Lindisfarne Festival for as low as £5 each means! Trains should be open to book as much as 24 days ahead of time.

COMPLIMENTARY Bus - from Berwick

We're hosting a free of charge bus from Berwick stop on festival site on Friday (Time TBC). A return coach would be making the event site on Sunday at 12pm midday, arriving straight back at Berwick stop at around 12:30pm - please enable enough time whenever reserving trains.
